1. Terms of cancellation of the order

Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of confirmation, provided they have not yet been shipped. In this case, you can contact our customer service directly for cancellation. If the order has already been shipped or more than 48 hours has passed since the confirmation, cancellation is no longer possible.

2. Cancellation procedure

To request cancellation, please contact our customer service via email or telephone, providing your order number, proof of deposit and, if necessary, any other information to help identify the transaction.
Our team will consider your request after receiving it. If the cancellation is accepted, we will inform you of the outcome and spend the refund within the specified time limit.

3. Money Back Procedure

Once the return is confirmed, we will process the refund within 1 to 3 business days. The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used to place the order (e.g. Visa, MasterCard). We are committed to completing the process as soon as possible after approval.
