Shipping policy

1. Delivery area

We currently deliver only in Ireland and do not offer delivery services to other countries

2. Delivery costs

Orders worth 150€ or higher are sent free of charge. For orders less than 150€, the shipping cost is 20€.

3. Deadline for the order

Orders placed before 17:00 will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 17:00 will be processed the next day. On holidays, the execution of orders will be postponed to the next business day.

4. Lead time

The order takes from 1 to 3 working days. In exceptional cases, we will inform you immediately.

5. Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is from 3 to 7 working days from the date of shipment. Actual delivery time may vary depending on the carrier, weather conditions or other factors beyond our control.

6. Media used

We use the services of the following carriers: DHL and UPS.

7. Order Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail containing your order number, payment confirmation and shipping details. You can track your order on the “Tracking Order” page on our website by providing your email address or phone number along with your order number.

8. Statement of Liability

In case of damage or loss of product during transport, we will provide you with assistance and offer a solution. Modification and cancellation of the order : After sending the order, it is not possible to change the delivery address or cancel the order. Please contact us before shipment to make any changes. Delivery address and liability : Please provide a valid address. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address.

9. Comments after receiving

After receiving the shipment, check that the packaging is intact. If you notice any visible damage or problems, immediately report it to the carrier and refuse to accept the shipment. Without immediate notice, finding a solution can be difficult later.
