Users do not need to create an account to access or purchase products. After creating an account, the user must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from incorrect information or misuse of your account.

3. Products, stocks and prices

We make every effort to ensure reliable product descriptions, taking into account photos, parameters and prices. Due to differences in display settings or stock updates, there may be minor discrepancies. We reserve the right to change product information (including prices and availability) at any time, without prior notice. All prices are given in EUR (Euro). The total amount to be paid, including any taxes due, will be clearly indicated in the order summary prior to its final confirmation.

4. Orders and payments

Orders are accepted only through the official website. After approval, the user receives a confirmation email containing the order number and payment details. We accept the most popular electronic payment methods, such as Visa and MasterCard. All transactions are processed via an encrypted connection, which ensures data security.

5. Delivery Terms

We deliver only in Ireland. After the payment has been confirmed, the orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and transferred to the carrier. The total delivery time is usually from 3 to 7 working days.We use the services of the following carriers: DHL and UPS. Orders worth 150€ or higher are eligible for free delivery; for orders below 150€, the delivery fee is 20€. More details in our ”shipping-policy“.

6. Cancellation of order

Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of payment, provided that they have not yet been handed over to the courier. After sending the order, it cannot be cancelled; in this case, you can apply for a refund by following the return procedure. More information can be found in our ”order-cancellation-policy“

7. Returns and exchanges

Customers can request a refund or replacement within 14 days of receipt, if the product is defective, inconsistent with the description, has a significant color difference, emits an odor or is incorrect. Detailed terms and conditions can be found in our ”refund-policy“

8. Return Policy

After confirmation of the return, the refund will be made within 1 to 3 working days using the same payment method (Visa, MasterCard). We want to ensure a fast and transparent process.

9. Disputes and applicable law

In the case of disputes related to services or purchases, we undertake to resolve them transparently and amicably, in accordance with the applicable Irish law, including the provisions of the GDPR. We reserve the right to update this policy and inform users of any material changes.
